1. Deposit Policy
All deposits required for enrollment into any course or workshop at AH- Academy are strictly non-refundable. The deposit serves to secure your place on the course, covering administrative costs and the loss of business incurred by holding a seat that could otherwise be offered to another student.
2. General Refunds
Course fees, excluding the non-refundable deposit, are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced. By enrolling, students commit to the full duration of the training program.
3. Exceptional Circumstances and Withdrawals
We understand that unforeseen life events may occur. If a student is forced to withdraw or "drop out" of a course due to extenuating circumstances, a partial refund of the remaining tuition fees (excluding the deposit) may be considered.
• Discretionary Review: Any partial refund is granted solely at the discretion of the Academy management.
• Validity of Reason: The student must provide a written explanation and, where applicable, supporting evidence (such as a medical certificate) for their withdrawal.
• Assessment: We will review each case individually to determine if the reason is deemed valid and if the timing of the withdrawal allows for a partial refund of the unused portion of the course.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds or partial refunds will not be considered for:
• General change of mind.
• Poor attendance or lack of engagement.
• Dismissal from the academy due to misconduct or breach of academy rules.
5. How to Apply for a Review
Requests for a fee review must be submitted in writing to AH-Academy@outlook.com or contact the director Amy kemp within 7 days of the student's last date of attendance.
